## What is Overactive Bladder?
An Overactive Bladder (OAB) can cause a sudden need to urinate. In some cases, it can even cause incontinence or involuntary urination. ## Botox for Overactive Bladder
You may think of Botox as a wrinkle treatment, but it can do a lot more than that. Botox works by temporarily paralyzing or weakening targeted muscles. If these muscles are in your face, the relaxed muscles will stop creasing the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Botox is a new treatment option for overactive bladder, and it’s very effective. Botox injected into the muscles of the bladder can weaken these overactive muscles, giving you symptom relief. These muscles stop contracting so frequently on unexpectedly. Instead, they’ll only contract when your bladder is full, and you need to urinate.

## Getting Botox Injections for OAB
