## What Are the Two Types of Wrinkles?

## Protect Your Skin from the Sun
Next time you’re heading out into the sun, put on sunscreen first. The best way to protect your skin from sun damage is with sun protection. Apply sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 to 45, and reapply every few hours. Hot summer days can also dry out your skin, so make sure you drink lots of water when you’re out and apply moisturizer daily.
