I’m motivated by helping others shine. Supporting others as they reach their full potential brings me a sense of fulfillment and purpose. That’s why I became a nurse. Not only do I help care for my patient’s health and wellbeing, but I also translate best practices into easy-to-understand language. Getting the best information helps my patients and clients make informed decisions to transform their lives inside and out.

## Education and Qualifications
I started my nursing career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department and the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Then I decided I was ready for more autonomy. I completed my master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Samuel Merritt and have been working in primary care ever since. Currently, I work at Mercy Medical Group.

Recently I began training and expanding my practices to include medical aesthetics, Botox, and peels. I have fallen in love with enhancing my client’s natural beauty while keeping them healthy. I am highly skilled with these procedures and have relentlessly studied facial anatomy and placement techniques. I’m confident I can help you achieve your desired outcomes with Botox.

## A Bit About Me
I grew up in small-town Ukiah, CA. I moved to Sacramento after high school and then completed my undergraduate and graduate studies in the Bay Area. My amazing husband is a 6th grade teacher, and we are blessed with two children who always keep us busy. We currently live in Elk Grove.

I enjoy music and attending music festivals with friends. I’m also slowly becoming a huge Disney fanatic. I love to practice yoga and enjoy stretching daily in my infrared sauna. It is one of the best purchases my husband and I made during COVID, and I highly recommend them to anyone. It can relax sore muscles, detox the body, and even improve sleep.
