I decided to become a nurse because I wanted to help others and have a positive impact on their healthcare experiences. I’m a people person, and I love making connections with my patients and clients. This career also helps me maintain a great balance between my work and personal life. My family means the world to me, and I always want to make time for them.

## Education and Qualifications
I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing 7 years ago from California State University in Sacramento. I have been a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department ever since. I currently work in the ED at Kaiser Roseville.

As an RN, I have years of experience administering different types of injections and treatments. Becoming an Aesthetics Nurse is the perfect combination of my nursing skills and my knowledge of dermatology and cosmetology.

## A Bit About Me
I grew up in Carmichael, a small suburb just east of Sacramento. I moved to Loomis in 2009 and I love my small town! Our motto is “a small town is like a big family” and you’ll definitely feel that charm when you are here. I have been married to my amazing husband Josh for the last 6 years. We are a blended family with mine, his, and ours. We have 5 kids altogether. We also have one dog and a new puppy on the way. Toby is our standard poodle, and our puppy is a sheepadoodle.  
 
I really enjoy crafting and getting to express my artistic side through projects around the house. I also love spinning as fast as possible in the teacups at Disneyland. My family and I enjoy being at the beach, or near any body of water. It's a place where we feel peaceful and grounded. Spending an afternoon near the water helps me reset and go back to my day-to-day life with renewed energy. We also love camping and spending time in nature.
