When I was 12 years old, my grandma had open heart surgery and came to our house to recover. I assisted my mom in her care, like changing all of her dressings. To be able to care for my grandma in this capacity was something that brought joy into my life, and I truly enjoyed getting to be there for her. From that point on, I knew that nursing was my calling.

## Education and Qualifications
I graduated from nursing school at the College of San Mateo. I chose this nursing school because it emphasizes hands-on learning. I started working at UCSF Health while attending nursing school as a student nurse intern, then became a patient care assistant. I have been at UCSF my entire nursing career, with experience in a range of settings, including the medical/surgical unit, hematology, chemotherapy, and oncology. 7 years ago, I became a research nurse in our Hematology and Cancer Immunotherapy clinic.

## I’m No Stranger to Botox 
I have received Botox numerous times and I can’t recommend it enough. Not only does it prevent new wrinkles, but it also gives you a great feeling. You’ll prevent those fine lines from setting in, all while feeling more youthful. I’m committed to helping all my clients bring out that inner glow without looking overdone. Less is more when starting out. You can always add more but hard to take it away once placed. I prioritize safety, quality care, and comfort. A huge part of this is making sure each of my clients understands the process completely, can ask questions, and feels confident in their treatment plan. 

## A Bit About Me
I grew up in Pacifica and I still live here. I love this town for so many reasons, like the beautiful scenery and the beaches, but most importantly that small town feel, where everyone knows your name. My husband Bill and I have been together for 22 years. We have 2 beautiful kids – our son is 11 and our daughter is 8. We also have a bunny by the name of Cookie.
 
I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends and watching my kids play sports. I also like walking along the beach and going for hikes. We enjoy going on vacations as a family. We load up our travel trailer and head off to experience new places. Before becoming a nurse, I managed an Ace hardware store. So whether you have concerns with your health or your house, I can fix them all!
