From a young age, I just knew nursing was my calling. I saw my grandmother’s love of nursing, and it inspired me to follow this path. I have always loved taking care of others and being able to make a difference. I became a nurse right after high school and have never looked back!

I’m motivated by growth and connection. I love learning new things. I’m always striving to build my skills and keep growing. I also love to connect with others, whether it’s my friends, my patients, or my clients. Knowing that my kids are always watching me and learning also makes me raise the bar and be the best role model I can be.

# Education and Qualifications
I graduated from St. Mary’s College and Samuel Merritt University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003. After completing my education, I worked as a nurse in the Emergency Department at John Muir Hospital for almost 18 years. I currently work at Kaiser Folsom Ambulatory Surgery Center taking care of patients pre- and post-operatively. I also offer at-home aesthetic treatments, and I love working as an aesthetics nurse!

# A Bit About Me
I live in El Dorado Hills, and I absolutely love it! My family moved here 4 years ago from the Bay Area. Hands down it was the best decision we've made. We love the amazing community, beautiful outdoors, and slower-paced living. It’s also the perfect place to raise our family, as we’re surrounded by so many great families! My husband and I have been married for 20 years and we have three children. Our twin girls are 13, and our son is 7. We also have a Vizsla named Ryder, two kittens named Jasper and Phoebe, and a bearded dragon named Petra.

I love spending quality time with family and friends, especially if it’s outdoors. Being outside is wonderful and rejuvenating, whether it’s camping, fishing, hiking, paddleboarding, BBQing, swimming, or exploring new places. Watching my kids dance and play sports is another favorite pastime! My daughters and I also volunteer for the National Charity League or wherever we may be needed.

You might see me in a 67 Ford Mustang. It’s the first car I purchased over 27 years ago, after I saved up all my babysitting money to buy it. My husband and kids love it, and we will probably have it forever!
