Like many of my colleagues, I knew I wanted to be a nurse even when I was very young. I love caring for people and seeing the positive difference loving-kindness can bring to others who are in need. That’s why I strive to convey kindness in each and every interaction I have, whether it's with a patient, client, friend, or family member. You never know where that person is in their life or day, and one simple act of kindness may make a world of a difference for someone.

## Education and Qualifications
I graduated in 2003 from Sacramento City College with an Associate Degree in Nursing, then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from California State University in Sacramento. I’m still excited to learn more, and I’m currently completing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at United States University in San Diego. I work at Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center in gastroenterology. I’ve also worked as an ER and trauma nurse, an ICU nurse, outpatient surgery, and plastic surgery. I have been a certified injector since early 2021 and I administer Botox and fillers. I trained at a local med spa for several months, and I currently offer at-home Botox in the Bay Area.

## A Bit About Me
I grew up in Vallejo, California, and I’ve been in the Sacramento area since 2000. Currently, we live in Elk Grove. The community is very family-oriented, so it’s perfect for us. At the same time, it’s close to the big city so there are lots of urban and rural opportunities for us. I am married, and I have two daughters aged 8 and 3. I also have three bonus sons aged 10, 9, and 5. Rounding out the family are two lovely dogs named Harley Quinn and Lola Mae. 

We all love going camping and taking our trailer out to fun places. I also enjoy all things beauty, makeup, and skincare! Another hobby is furniture restoration. I love to refinish, restore, or update old furniture, giving it a new life.
