## Can I Eat After a Lip Flip?

•	Don’t do any strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
•	Avoid rubbing your lips, since this could spread the Botox to nearby muscles.
•	Don’t smoke while your lip flip settles.
•	Avoid sleeping on your stomach or pressing your lips into the pillow at night.
